After completing Chapter 2 of the main story, you will be able to access the Summon menu. Most heroes in Langrisser Mobile will need to be summoned using Trinity Vouchers or Trinity Crystals using a gacha mechanic.

Banners[]

There are several different types of banners you can summon on.

Banner Rates Notes
Regular / Rate-Up 80% chance to summon one of the heroes featured on the banner and a 20% chance to summon an off-banner hero. If you summon a hero that you already own, you get 50 Memory Shards for them that you can use to upgrade their star level. If you summon a hero featured on the banner and you already have them at 6 stars, you also get a Spacetime Essence that can be used on any banner to exchange 50 Memory Shards of one on-banner hero for another, however, a new hero needs 60 Memory Shards to be summoned so this would need to be done twice to summon the other hero.
Destiny / Focus The first SSR hero you summon is guaranteed to be one of the heroes on the banner that you do not own. After the first SSR hero is summoned or if you own all heroes on the banner, this banner has the same rates as a Regular banner.
Crossover / Collaboration Same rates as a Regular banner, but the heroes on the banner are from another game or anime series and do not join the regular summoning pool. These banners are very rarely rerun.
Oathsworn / Wish Same rates as a Regular banner, but you can select who the two heroes on the banner are. The heroes you can select do not include the most recently released heroes and may be limited to a specific subset of heroes, such as from Langrisser I-III or IV-V. These banners also give you two reset chances so you can choose three different sets of two heroes from the same banner.
Limited / 1-Character 40% chance to summon the hero featured on the banner, 60% chance to summon an off-banner hero. These heroes do not join the regular summoning pool. If you summon an off-banner hero, you will get 10 Memory Shards of the hero featured on the banner. If you summon a hero that you already have at 6 stars, you will get 15 Memory Shards of the hero featured on the banner.
Connected Souls / Valentine's Day Series of four banners with the same rates as a Regular banner and give you a CP token (or Love Point) when you summon any SSR hero. You can then trade 50 Memory Shards of one of the heroes featured on the banner for 60 Memory Shards of the other hero on the same banner. CP tokens can be saved and used on any other Valentine's Day banners, including those run in future years.

If you summon a hero featured on the banner and you already have them at 6 stars, you do not get a Spacetime Essence like a Regular banner.

Pity[]

  • If you summon 100 times without receiving an SSR hero, you are guaranteed to summon an SSR hero on the 100th summon.
  • The SSR hero you summon is not guaranteed to be a hero featured on the banner unless it is your first SSR on a Destiny banner and you don't own at least one of the featured heroes on it.
  • Pity is shared across all hero banners so if you summon 90 times on one banner without receiving an SSR hero, you can summon 10 times on another banner and get an SSR hero from that banner.
  • Equipment banners do not have pity and are not included in any of these calculations.

Deciding who to Summon[]

Kong's Should You Summon videos provide a high level overview of the characters on each new banner to help you decide whether to summon on them. There are also Tier Lists based on individual players' opinions that you can use to inform your decision.

Your main force will usually include a Tank, Healer and DPS so you will likely want to summon heroes to fill those roles. For your Tank, it can be useful to have one with a Faction Buff (see below) like Christiane or Hilda, but you can also use free heroes like Grenier or Freya. For your Healer, Tiaris is typically recommended first due to her enemy-phase healing Talent that can carry you through most content. Another useful Healer is Rozenciel, who can make other heroes immune to debuffs. For your DPS, you may want to have a mix of tough physical melee heroes like Elwin and Leon and versatile long range mages like Light of Genesis and Lucretia.

As you get past the initial stages of the game, a hero's Factions might also influence your decision to summon them. A Fusion Power or Faction Buff is a skill that buffs all heroes in a specific faction for ATK/INT +20%, DEF +20% and MDEF +30%, giving you a significant advantage in many battles. Heroes with Faction Buffs you will get at the beginning of the game include the following:

You may want to start by building around one faction until you are able to beat more difficult content. You can then branch out to other Factions based on the heroes you like or want to use. Some later content like the Eternal Temple and Ancient Beckoning also require you to use heroes from specific Factions so you may want to summon heroes from Factions where you are missing a Tank, Healer or DPS.
