Biography[]


Emperor of the Gresden Empire, holder of Alhazard. With the help of the Alhazard and the Pope's Agent Lucretia, Autokrato IV toppled the bloated imperial court and became a tyrant, ruling over countless subjects, while the ancient knowledge of Alhazard rapidly transformed the outdated imperial army, turning it into a mechanized force that swept over the continent... However, the increasingly common floods and the sudden change in the Emperor's personality became unknowable mysteries that were as inscrutable as the face behind the white eagle mask worn by Autokrato IV.


Weakness, timidity, a broken home, and suffering countless torments, ignobly enduring the mockery of his colleagues and the beatings of his father... These were the things that made up Autokrato IV's past. Yet none know that the young man who holds the cruel memories of this life and the reigning emperor are the same person. Even less expected is that this young man who committed patricide and regicide to take the throne did so because of a girl he met.

"I will hold power and royal authority such as the world has never known! For her, and for her vision, this will be done!"


After he rescued a young girl named Lucretia, when Autokrato IV became mired in a desperate conflict between his father and his colleagues, she was the only one to help him.
Lucretia covered up the murder of his father, and cleared a path for him to join the Imperial Intelligence Department. With her assistance, he quickly became one of the core members of the Department, after which Lucretia guided him to take hold of that which would change his fate, the ancient sword, sleeping on a mountain peak for countless ages, Alhazard.

"Lucretia... In the dark abyss of hopelessness, she opened the doorway to light, and she showed me the path to a new world of endless strength, might, and power!"


Autokrato IV raised Alhazard and cut down every obstacle in his path. His peers, his superiors, nobles, generals, even the ruler of Gresden... and at the moment he took the throne, Lucretia gave him a magical medicine that allowed him to resist the sword's corrosive effects, as well as a mask as cold as ice to hide his face...
As of that moment, the young man who cried for the suffering of his mother disappeared, replaced by Gresden's mighty emperor, Autokrato IV. His goals were no longer to eliminate insignificant mortals, but the floods and Langrisser which symbolized submission.

"Without Ares and the Legion of Glory in the way, I would have had Langrisser long ago... and that's the only way I can make Lucretia happy."


The Emperor finally fell, as had happened countless times before, under the blade of the vengeful prince's sword.
...But his obsession and love never disappeared, because they originated with a young man named Ferdinand who wanted to protect the brightest spark in a life filled with darkness. This light, both weak and strong in its own way, carried on the young man's kindness and the emperor's ambitions, accompanying her and turning her toward new adventures.

"I don't know when I will discard all these useless things, but nothing that is useless to Lucretia should exist in this world. Not you... not even me."
