Biography[]


A trainee lord of the city of Borcelaine, and a kind-hearted young gentleman. Due to being both a Descendant of Light and of Bozel's bloodline, he became one who can wield both Langrisser and Alhazard. To protect his domain, Ares established The Vigilantes with Maiya's help, which is active all over the city.

"Hello, I'm Ares. I hope we can fight to achieve our common goals in this new era."


His true identity is that of the illegitimate son of the former Emperor, Autokrato IV. Ares lived with his mother ever since he was a child, and he has little memory of his father and sister, nor of much of his family. However, after the assassination of Autokrato IV, the young man and his mother flee to Borcelaine for protection. He has no idea of his true identity until the maid Maiya arrives.


After Maiya brings news of his father, Ares's mother passes away due to ailing health. But thanks to Maiya's negotiations, Ares begins renting the land in the city, and so starts his training to become a local lord. He cultivates his lordly qualities through Maiya's training, working with The Vigilantes and talking with the common people in the street.

"I don't remember much about my father... But somewhere deep down, I know that he was a gentle and strong man. I hope that I can become a leader like him."


As Ares grows stronger, the Empire begins its invasion of Borcelaine. As a member of The Vigilantes, Ares volunteers to join the fight against the Empire. Under Maiya's guidance, Ares finds the legendary Langrisser beneath a church, and embarks on a long struggle against the Empire and the forces of darkness.


After arriving on an entirely new continent, Ares begins searching for his own mission in this dimension. Now, without The Vigilantes, he decides to join the Swordsmith Legion where he can put his abilities to use.

Increases all stats, excluding HP, by 5% for every 1 enemy within a 3-ring range (up to a maximum of 20%).
When moving, ignores obstruction from enemy units. Before dealing damage and after taking action, each time you pass through 1 enemy this turn, you gain 1 [Sweep Formation] effect: Crit increased by 8%. Can be stacked up to 5 times. If a critical hit is triggered this turn, clears all previously-obtained Sweep Formation effects after taking action.
